Question 1

Do you help with Kickstarter and Indiegogo pre-launch marketing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pre-launch is where most of the groundwork happens: backer research, a landing page and email list, social content, search foundations, and pre-launch ads, all built ahead of your launch date.

Question 2

What results can I expect?

Accepted Answer

A clear, evidence-based plan, working systems built in your own accounts, and transparent reporting that shows what is working and what to do next. Every recommendation is grounded in research, so your campaign starts from the strongest possible foundation.

Question 3

Do you run ads and manage social media?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as part of a scoped engagement: strategy, content, posting, audience targeting, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. Ad spend is paid directly to the platform, and performance is reported to you clearly.

Question 4

My campaign is live and needs its first backers or donors. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I start with a diagnosis of your page, rewards, message, and traffic, so we know whether to focus on reach, conversion, or the offer before you spend more. Then you get a prioritized plan.

Question 5

Do you work with donation-based campaigns?

Accepted Answer

Yes, including personal, community, and cause campaigns on donation platforms. Nonprofits that need a wider funding strategy, grants, and donor research should look at my nonprofit services instead.

Question 6

How do early commitments, deposits, or reservations work?

Accepted Answer

I help you measure demand with waitlists and early-access signups, and plan any deposit or preorder around your platform's rules and your fulfillment plan, since each option carries its own obligations.

Question 7

What does it cost, and who owns the accounts?

Accepted Answer

Every engagement is scoped in writing with a fixed fee before work begins, so you know the full investment up front. Ad spend and tool subscriptions are listed separately. I build in your accounts, so your subscriber list, data, and assets stay yours.
